This section defines how outcomes are measured and what the directory platform does and does not cover, so expectations stay aligned before you commit to a rollout.

Outcome measurementResults are tracked against your own baseline: number of active supplier profiles, average onboarding time, and data accuracy rates. We do not publish generic benchmarks, because plant sizes and procurement workflows vary too much for a single number to be meaningful.
Data ownershipAll supplier records, audit logs, and configuration settings remain your property. The platform stores them in a dedicated environment, and you can export the full dataset in standard formats at any time without a special request.
Integration boundariesThe directory connects to common ERP and procurement systems through documented APIs. Custom connectors for legacy or proprietary systems are scoped separately and depend on the availability of technical documentation from the vendor.
Onboarding scopeWe configure the directory structure, permission levels, and import templates for your existing supplier data. Cleaning historical records, resolving duplicates, and verifying outdated contact details are part of the data preparation phase, not the core setup.
Support and maintenanceStandard support covers platform uptime, bug fixes, and minor configuration changes. Structural changes, such as adding new user roles or redesigning the approval workflow, are handled as separate work items with a defined timeline.
