Azannuaire provides B2B software for organizing corporate directories and vendor indexing platforms. The system is designed to store, structure, and retrieve supplier profile data for manufacturing plants and similar organizations. The service includes data management tools, access controls, and reporting functions as described in the platform documentation.
Users are granted a non-exclusive right to access the platform for internal business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering suppliers and to keep profile data current. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without prior written consent from Azannuaire.
You retain ownership of the supplier data you enter into the system. Azannuaire processes this data solely to operate the directory and indexing functions you request. We do not claim ownership of your vendor records and will not use them for purposes unrelated to the service. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload complies with applicable laws and regulations.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Azannuaire does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that all directory functions will meet your specific operational requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Azannuaire is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruptions arising from the use of the platform. You are advised to maintain your own backup copies of critical supplier records.
You may stop using the platform at any time by contacting Azannuaire and requesting account closure. Azannuaire may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if your use poses a security risk to the system, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical. Upon termination, you will receive a reasonable period to export your data, unless termination is required for legal or security reasons.
Azannuaire may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version of these terms is always available on this page.
